10 Mentho-Lyptus Cough Drops
½ cup honey
¼ cup brandy*
¾ cup water
Bring the water to a boil and put the cough drops in, reduce to simmer, stir until the drops are dissolved, then add the honey and continue to simmer until it is a syrup.
In an empty glass jar with a screw top, add the brandy, then pour in the water, brandy, cough drop syrup.
Screw on the top and give it several shakes until the mixture has melded together.
Sip a little at a time throughout your show in the glass or cup of your choice
(*Bourbon can be substituted for the brandy, or if you’re ‘on the wagon’ just double the honey and add a squeeze of lemon)
